Northport Bay Retreat’s unique rental program allows your group to enjoy a 22,000 sq. ft. facility starting at only $1,500 per night ($93.75 per bedroom).
The Retreat is rented in its entirety; giving your group exclusive use of all 16 bedrooms, 6.5 acres, and 340 feet of West Grand Traverse Bay frontage.
Linen, towels, cleaning supplies, etc. are included in the rental rates listed below. One boat slip at an adjacent marina is also included. Additional slips may be available.

RESERVATIONS
A deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is due upon reservation acceptance. The remaining balance due must be paid 30 days prior to the rental date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you wish to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded in full for up to 30 days after the date that you book your reservation. Beyond 30 days, the deposit will only be refunded if the date(s) reserved is (are) reserved by another group, less a 10% fee.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. For weekly rentals, check-in time is Sunday at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is the following Sunday at 11:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out will be accommodated upon request, when possible.
